Around Our Church and Community!
 Join us on Wednesday, Oct. 12 for a Living Rosary at St. Malachy Courtyard (for inclement weather meet in the gym) at 7 PM. We would love to see you there!
Catholic Daughters of Americas (CD of A): The next meeting will be on Tuesday, October 11, Mass will be at 6 p.m. at Holy Spirit Church followed by a dessert and meeting in the Hall. Program: Domestic Violence & Business/Project: Pack a purse. Don’t forget to dress up in a costume, it will be a fun gathering.
Knights of Columbus Breakfast: Please join us on Sunday, October 16 after Mass for breakfast made by the Knights. They will be serving eggs, French toast, sausage, and fruit cocktail. A free-will offering will be collected and all proceeds will go to help the St. Malachy Teacher Fund.
QUILTED TOGETHER: PATTERN IN OUR LIVES; Women’s day retreat is scheduled for Saturday, November 5th from 9 AM—3 PM at Holy Spirit Hall. The cost is $20 and please make checks payable to Holy Spirit and place your check in an envelope labeled “Retreat” and place it in the collection plate or drop it off at the Parish Office (406 W. Clark St.).  There will be registration forms at the back of the church. The registration deadline is by October 29th. If you have more questions, please contact Joanne Gibson at 720-810-0628.

St. Edward Highlights
All Glory Given to God! We thank everyone who attended the St. Edward Mass outside last weekend. There we over 40 volunteers that helped prepare for this day. A special thanks to Diane Ide for her leadership. We had approximately 128 people that attended. There are brochures about the history of the St. Therese Shrine at the back of St. Edward Church.
