Dear Members and Supporters of the U.S. Network for Democracy in
Brazil:

With two weeks before the second round of the elections on October 30, there is growing concern that President Bolsonaro will not recognize the results should Lula.

Many of you have signed the Manifesto in Defense of Democracy in Brazil. We have received over 500 signatures from prominent figures, intellectuals, academics, and activists. However, we want to see if we can collect 1,000 signatures in the run-up to the elections.

Please consider sharing the link to the petition among your colleagues and friends so that we can expand the international support for guaranteeing democracy in Brazil.

Best,
James N. Green and Gladys Mitchell-Walthour, National Co-Coordinators, USNDB
Sign the Manifesto (Must live outside of Brazil)
