GE APAF Diwali Event Supports LRSEF
Thank you to GE Appliances Asian Pacific American Forum (APAF) for raising funds for LRSEF with the annual Diwali event, which returned this year after a two year hiatus. APAF members prepared authentic Indian cuisine for more than 340 GE Appliances employees and guests. This year’s event featured a photo booth, a geographical map of attendees, and of course delicious homemade Diwali celebration foods.

Thank you for supporting LRSEF!
Thanks to the generous support of over 70 donors, LRSEF earned more than $7,000 to make essential STEM skills attainable for Kentucky students. $3,000 was designated to sponsor Category Awards and $700 for Special Awards. If you are interested sponsoring a Category Award or Special Award, you can donate online or contact us at info@lrsef.org (see 2022 Category and Special Award sponsors for ideas).
Each year we give away over $17,000 in awards to students and schools at our annual science and engineering fair. Give for Good donors gave us a head start on this fundraising goal and help us encourage and reward students as they pursue STEM research.
Did you miss Give for Good Louisville? You can support LRSEF a gift at any time by donating online.
