- Demonstrate a systemised, practical step-by-step process to developing a fit for purpose SOW/SOR for any purchase;
- Clarify the roles and responsibilities of different people involved in developing a SOW/SOR;
- Share practical experiences among the members of the group through participation, discussion and group problem solving; and
- Progress an actual live request statement of requirements to a point where the participant is confident, they can complete it quickly, efficiently and effectively.
Target Audience
This workshop is designed to help any person tasked with the responsibility of capturing and documenting the requirements associated with a procurement effort.
