Squadron Commanders Course is Underway
Several members from the South Dakota Wing and North Dakota Wing are currently participating in the Squadron Commanders Course. This course is for new squadron commanders and those wanting to learn more about being a squadron commander. The course covers everything from Commander’s Intent to communication, customs and courtesies, appointing staff, and finance. Capt. Pegelow joined us to talk about how commanders and the Cadet Advisory Counsel work together. Other instructors for this course include Col. Marek, Col. Donley, and Capt. Clement. The goal is to complete this course before the new year.
SDWG Holds Distributed SAREX
