What is the LanguagEd Day?
It's a fun and affordable day of practical and concise talks from international language teaching experts, plus the LanguagEd team, on 27 November!
What do I get with my ticket?
You get a lot packed into your ticket:
- all the talks on lesson planning, teaching the 4 skills, assessment and using coursebooks
- Q&As with all the speakers
- full access to the LanguagEd concorso preparation self-study courses, which will be available to try for free on the day!
- access to all the video recordings and speakers' slides and worksheets for a whole year
- certificate of attendance for 8 hours worth of work
Is this a concorso preparation activity?
If you're preparing for a concorso, present or future, the LanguagEd Day will definitely be useful as it covers many topics from the concorso syllabus, especially in terms of lesson planning, concisely. You will learn how to plan effective and engaging lessons with the use of technology. All the sessions cater for low and mixed level students, and secondary school students.
If you're not preparing for a concorso, the day will also be very useful as you'll get loads of materials to make your teaching easier and more effective!
That sounds good, but can I get a discount?
Of course you can! You'll find your 20% discount reserved for all LanguagEd participants in the "LanguagEd Day - discount" unit at the beginning of all the courses.
What if I can't attend on 27 November?
No problem: you can access all the video recordings, and speakers' slides and worksheets, for a whole year.
