What Does Wellness Mean To You?

"To me wellness means taking the time to be healthy and happy in my professional life, at home, and in my relationships with family, friends, and of course students. What makes me the happiest is spending time with my family, preferably outside. We love going for walks, bike rides, and playing at the park."

Are YOU the next Employee Spotlight? Fill out this short form to share what wellness means to you to be featured on the weekly newsletter and social media pages.
