At this time instructors may notice a message to students about Multi-factor Authentication (UTORMFA) adoption on the Quercus Dashboard. Student questions should be directed to the Information Commons Team at help.desk@utoronto.ca.
Also, casual staff will be scheduled for automated UTORMFA enrolment in the coming weeks and are encouraged to enrol now using the video demo of the enrolment process and starting the self-enrolment. Contact IIT with any questions.
Multi-factor Authentication is now a University requirement. It is a security feature that verifies your identity using a second factor — like a mobile device — ensuring only you can log in, and is being rolled out across the University.
