I wanted to make sure you had a chance to help Héritier Mpo, a conservation hero, continue his important work after being targeted by wildlife traffickers. To strike back at him, wildlife traffickers firebombed his offices in the Democratic Republic of Congo and halted his lifesaving work. Your help is needed to put an end to wildlife crime!

Please donate to fight back against wildlife crime.

Thank you,

Kelly O'Meara
Executive Director, PASA
Imagine having your life’s work go up in flames. All your equipment destroyed, detailed records reduced to cinder, headquarters burned to a husk. This is the exact situation that wildlife warrior Héritier Mpo now faces. He runs APPACOL-PRN, a small nonprofit that rescues wildlife - including apes and monkeys - from criminals. To strike back, wildlife traffickers firebombed his office in the Democratic Republic of Congo

We are devastated by this attack on a fellow defender of wildlife.
Stop Wildlife Crime

Héritier works shoulder to shoulder with PASA members in DR Congo. He has personally rescued many of the apes and monkeys at PASA member centers from the clutches of wildlife criminals. We need him to restart his courageous efforts to save primates – and you can help by donating today.
There are more animals to save! He and his team need to rebuild their entire operation from scratch, so your donation is urgently needed. There’s no time to waste in the fight against wildlife crime.
Without Héritier's rescue efforts, countless orphaned apes and monkeys will end up dead or kept in horrific conditions. Those responsible for this crime want to prevent Héritier from protecting these innocent lives – will you stand with him?
Protect Primates Now
Illegal wildlife trafficking is a multi-billion dollar industry – the fourth largest form of organized trafficking in the world, behind guns, drugs and humans. It endangers primates and people alike. Please give what you can, and together we can fight back against wildlife crime.
Sincerely,
Kelly O'Meara
