We hope you are enjoying the splendid display of fall colors and making preparations for the change to colder weather.  As we take a break from the Crestone Energy Fair activities, we want to support our partners and projects that align with our mission, so scroll down to see all of the amazing work being done to create a more resilient and connected Saguache County and San Luis Valley.
Viva Hansen of Mudblood Builds is offering a Rocket Mass Heater workshop in November to help you learn how to design these low cost and energy efficient stoves for heating your home.
We also encourage you to take a moment to help our partners with surveys that are being conducted from the SLV Local Foods Coalition, Saguache County Tourism Council and San Luis Valley Great Outdoors on our Dark Sky Reserve
Finally, we still have evaluations open for the 2022 Crestone Energy Fair event.  Thank you for all of your continued support and interest in these projects that support the well-being and health of our communities.

Saguache County Tourism Council is seeking feedback from residents and local businesses on the impact of tourism on the community and is distributing an online survey for residents to participate in through November 10, 2022. The survey is available on via the following URL: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/TQNW37M

Saguache County Tourism Council is also surveying local businesses on their experiences with tourism. The tourism stakeholder survey for businesses is available at: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/TWWS6NB

The surveys are part of several tools provided by the Colorado Tourism Office’s Reimagine Destinations, a new industry offering that is part of a series of activities being funded by a CARES Act Recovery Assistance grant to foster long-term resilience for the Colorado tourism industry. Through this work, the Colorado Tourism Office seeks to serve as an extended team for Colorado destinations to prioritize and implement collaborative projects that advance recommendations from the forthcoming Colorado Tourism Roadmap to Recovery, a new five-year strategic plan being developed for the Colorado tourism industry.

Crestone Energy Fair - Event Evaluations
Help us make 2023 another stellar event!
If you haven't completed an evaluation, please take a moment to complete all that may apply to you.

YouTube Videos
In case you missed it, you can watch all of our main stage presentations on our YouTube Channel!  Thank you to Doug Beechwood of Terra Media and Rob Hewitt "Treaphort" of Golden Turtle Sound for all of their hard work on videography and sound.

Thank you Donors!
Please help us reach our goal of $20K!

We are extremely grateful for the financial and in-kind support we received, however the Energy Fair continues to grow at a rate that is outpacing our current fundraising efforts.  Our revenue sources include sponsors, individual donations, grants, fundraisers, Home Tour tickets, merchandise sales and vendor fees.

Despite our best efforts, we fell short on our individual donations which includes our Go Fund Me campaign.  Consider what you would pay for a workshop, class or to receive this level of education.  Or how much would you spend to see an amazing band or performance?
To keep this event FREE and pay all of our expenses, we set a
Go Fund Me goal of $20K.
Please consider pitching in what you can to help us meet our goal!
