AGS Centre Opening Hours

The AGS Centre will be closed from Wednesday 21st December and will reopen on Thursday 5th January.

From 5th January 2023, opening hours will change to 10am – 4pm, Monday – Thursday, excluding bank holidays.

Protecting the future of the AGS

AGS Snowdrop Day

Tickets are now on sale to members and non-members alike for the AGS Snowdrop Day, which will take place on Saturday 4th February 2023, 9.30am to 4.00pm, at Ford Hall, Lilleshall National Conferencing Centre, Newport, Shropshire, TF10 9AT.

There will be three lectures on the day: Jim Almond "Cultivation of Species Snowdrops"; Joe Sharman "Any Colour but White" and Bob & Rannveig Wallis "Wildings and Foundlings".

Nurseries attending: Andy Byfield, Avon Bulbs, Edulis Nursery, Ivycroft, Jim Almond, Monksilver. This event has always sold out, so book now to be sure of your place at the AGS Snowdrop Day 2023.

AGS Tours 2023

In 2023 the AGS will organise tours to Bolivia (23 March to 11 April), Crete (1 April to 8 April) and Western Alps (5 June to 12 June).
