Keynote Bios:
Mitchell Hora is a 7th generation SE Iowa farmer and the Founder/CEO of Continuum Ag, a soil health data intelligence company.  The Hora's have practiced no-till since 1978 and cover crops since 2013 on their row-crop operation.  Continuum Ag is on a mission to help 1 million global farmers profit from improving their soil health. The company launched the first of its kind TopSoil Tool in 2020 to help farmers quantify, track, and improve their soil health.   The group has amassed a footprint of 42 states and 20 countries and houses the largest, private Haney Soil Health dataset.  Continuum Ag works directly with farmers and also via enterprise level partnerships with the likes of Rabobank, Land O'Lakes, Bayer, and CIBO. For his efforts, Mitchell has been named to the AgGrad 30 Under 30 list and the Forbes Under 30 list.
 
Jeremiah Durbin is the CEO/Founder Sustainable Legacy Consulting, Tennessee TACD Soil Health Specialist, and a farmer.  Jeremiah Durbin is the Soil Health Specialist for the Tennessee Association of Conservation District’s (TACD) and an advocate for helping farmers profit, via improved soil health. Jeremiah is a college graduate with an Associate Degree in Applied Chemical Science, with an emphasis in Diesel Mechanics. Through his life, Jeremiah has been involved in multiple aspects of farming on his grandfather’s and neighbor’s farms in Ohio. In 2016 Jeremiah started his independent soil consulting career and is the Founder/CEO of Sustainable Legacy Consulting. He has been trained in the “Haney Soil Health” by Dr.’s Rick and Liz Haney. Jeremiah’s work combines his enthusiasm for soil health gains, agronomic consulting experience, and non-biased recommendation philosophy, while fostering a positive impact on agriculture at large.
