All sale items must be original art or high-quality crafts; artist designed and appropriate to the theme. Two artists may share a table.

Deadline for sign-ups is November 25.
Set up begins at 10:00am on November 26.
Artists are required to:
  • Supply their own chair and table or display panels (6’ maximum).
  • Staff their booth between 11am and 4pm.  
  • Handle sales transactions including collecting Concord sales tax of 9.75%.
  • Promote the show through their own social media and email. CAA will also promote the show through social media, email, and the association website. Signage will be provided on site.

As a 501c3 non-profit organization, CAA works to cultivate and enrich the creative lives of local artists and Concord area residents through exhibits, education, public art and community giving. Founded in 1963, CAA is the oldest art association in Contra Costa County. Members include artists, crafters, makers, enthusiasts and supporters of the arts.
