Exciting News for Beth CHESED Children's Center!

 
We have some exciting news of what Adonai is doing with Beth Chesed Children's Center Haiti! 
 
We were invited to be on KITV Network for an interview to increase awareness and monthly donors for the children at the center. We are scheduled for the interview in November. More information will be announced regarding the interview airtime.

Solar System Need
At this time, things are very difficult due to the current political challenges. The electricity company (NRECA) has changed from private to public, making it complicated to access gasoline. Currently, our electricity is off and we have to rely on rechargeable light bulbs for light at night. We have always needed to continually restock on gasoline to fill the generators, but that is now more difficult than ever. Both resources are essential for children to find water, cook their meals, complete their studies, and other daily needs. 
 
We Need Your Help
A solar system will sustain a majority of our electrical needs. We already have a technician to do the work, but need your help to make it happen. Please consider donating to the Solar System Fundraiser to help us raise $27,000.
" For in the day of trouble He will hide me in His sukkah,

                   Happy Belated Sukkot

At Beth Chesed, we celebrate Sukkot (The Feast of Tabernacles) according to Leviticus 23. It is not just a biblical practice for us, but a right to fellowship together.  It's now a part of our DNA. The children's most favorite events during this feast were dancing, playing different games, and eating a variety of great kosher foods.
Sukkot is the most loved feast for Beth Chesed when we gather for this holy season. The children now look forward to this feast and celebrate as a party.

1. Urgent Project: Solar Power System - Currently we have been experiencing electrical power outages more than usual for longer intervals. This solar system will provide consistent electricity for the children and the staff.

2. Need 100 people to become covenant partners and commit to $50/month or more as the Lord leads them.

3. Steady monthly sponsorship of a child of $20/month to cover the monthly needs of one orphan
