TGS Presents: Tomoko Morisaki's 'Walking in the Fog'

For our sixth installment of Good Company we'll be hosting our first art exhibition in four years featuring ceramic artist and designer, Tomoko Morisaki–the hands and heart behind her popular line of ceramicware Tomoro Pottery. While Tomoko's understated and organic tableware designs have graced our shelves since 2014 this will be her first exhibition at Tortoise and first time showcasing her art in the U.S. Titled 'Walking in the Fog' to express Tomoko's ephemeral morning strolls, the exhibition will showcase 20 original artworks by Tomoko as well as 50 new functional tableware designs never before carried at Tortoise. We're honored and excited to have Tomoko present for all three days of her exhibition beginning Friday, October 28th until Sunday October 30th.
