Shaibya Dalal, FTMBA ’20, is a Senior Equity Fellow at the U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB), the largest office within the Executive Office of the President. In her role at the White House, Shaibya helps lead implementation of President Biden’s whole-of-government equity agenda.
