Tuesday, November 1st

Day camp is available November 1, November 21-23, and December 19-22. (Day camp will also be available March 17 and April 3-7, but more on that later.) Day camp is from 8:15-3:00 each day, and after-camp rec is available for TK-6th graders from 3:00-5:15. All preschoolers not enrolled in TK should be picked up by 2:45. Food will not be provided. Families should provide healthy snacks and lunch for their students.

If you are interested in having your student attend camp during November or December 2022, please complete this form. This is VERY HELPFUL to us, as we need to know how to staff our programs. If you have siblings who will attend the same hours and days, you can complete one form for all siblings. Otherwise, please complete separate forms for each student.

Day camp and after-camp rec are free for all students who qualify for free or reduced price lunch, who qualify as homeless or migrant, who are classified as English Language Learners, or who are foster youth. For all other students, day camp costs $45 per day and after-camp rec costs $12 per day. Invoices will be included in the monthly rec billing.

Sick? Stay Home
Symptomatic students still need to stay home from school. Please review the  Student COVID Flowchart or the County Office of Education's current COVID rules for schools.
With this week's notable spike in cases (6 Covid-19 positive results in one day), staying home when sick, washing hands, and testing are as important as ever.  A winter surge has been projected, and this may be the start.
Protocol Update

We have fortunately moved out of the recent Covid-18 surge.  That said, Covid is still circulating in our community, and we will continue to follow the 2022-2023 COVID-19 School Guidelines

The Pacific School Foundation Parents Club needs your help to support the Lifelab, the Library, Music, Theater and Visual Arts as well as teacher grants rely on fundraising that we do each year.  If we do not make our goal, these special programs will not be able to be funded.  At this point in the school year, we need to raise $131.25 per student to cover our budget.  This is about $19 per month.  Look ahead at the school year and see how you can help support the school.

Donation help needed!

We need donations of artwork, wine, and more for our two big fundraisers for silent auction Bid and Sip (formerly Art and Wine) on February 3, 2023 (Artwork will be displayed at the school in the office during the month of January) and donations for our big Bingo Night Raffle on April 21, 2023 are needed before we print off our raffle tickets in March.  We have a donation letter if you know of a business that you would think make a great donation for our fundraising events. If you can donate towards either of these events, please email president@pacificschoolfoundation.org
