El Paso Giving Day is an online charitable giving campaign designed to shine a light on the essential work of nonprofit organizations and ignite the spirit of giving in our community.   We ask that you join in on the spirit of giving and donate to our cause: P21 DONATION LINK.

As all of you know, Pioneers 21 is a non-profit organization with a mission to unleash the creative and economic potential of El Paso and the US-Mexico Border. 

Our vision is that every incubation and VMS venture is viable, builds a strong foundation and lifelong economic prosperity. Here's a recap on what we've been up to this year:

We launched our P21 Venture Mentoring Service, licensed by MIT. P21 VMS is a free and confidential team mentoring service for entrepreneurs. Since the launch, we have acquired 30 mentors and 16 ventures. 

The Innovation Accelerator Workshop Series Cohort 2 graduated 6 ventures. This series is an eight-week program designed to help entrepreneurs and innovators learn to develop, test, and grow their business ideas, products or services before bringing them to market using a collaborative structured approach.

Strategic partner for The Bridge Accelerator and Technology Hub Juarez. TBA is a binational development program designed for small to medium-sized supplier companies in the Paso del Norte region located in the U.S.-Mexico border. 

Throughout the year, we collaborate with UTEP Backstone Launchpad to provide a workshop series for student entrepreneurs. The P21/UTEP Entrepreneurship Bootcamp this summer with 10 graduates. This bootcamp focused on customer discovery, sizing the market, and mastering a pitch deck. 

In 2023 we will launch the P21, LiftFund and Borderplex Alliance Financial Accelerator providing Startups and small businesses with financial education and access to capital.
