Join us on Friday, Oct. 21, at 7 PM for spectacular performances of many talents singers and instrumentalists. We offer such a variety of music and songs that would blow your mind away.
Chinese opera performed by Christine Leong (良友仙聲曲藝研究會: 梁潔婷老師) and Elsa Wong is a wonderful version of folk legend "Happen Reunion" 劍合釵圓.
BC Philharmonic Society introduces two young violinists, Ryan and Sarah, who bring us Douze petits duo faciles #3 & #4.
Vancouver Formosa Singers are bringing a native Taiwanese song "Rainy Night Flower" and a Japanese song "A Thousand Wind".
Mayor Malcolm Brodie is on the keyboard, accompanying Elsa Wong in the Chinese song "Love & Passion" 萬水千山總是情; while renowned composer and musician Dominic Chung 鍾肇峰先生 is the pianist for Elsa Wong and Paulo Leung's "Tonight We Celebrate My Love".
RCD Board member Samantha Siu will perform two songs: "Fly Me to the Moon" with Ian Yeung as guitarist; and "Lifelong Journey" 漫 步人生路 with Ella Huang on the keyboard.
Our member Leon Tam will perform a guitar solo "Chiquitita" and Wilson Tam, accompanied by Dennis Luk on guitar, will sing "We are the World".
