As part of our ongoing research with Macmillan Cancer Support, we have created a short survey to help healthcare services gain an insight into how Faith Groups in Milton Keynes access healthcare.

The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete and will be valuable in creating a more inclusive healthcare system in our local area.
