URA Nonresidential Relocation – Knowledge Check

The Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, as amended (URA), requires relocation assistance and payments be provided to eligible displaced persons. Nonresidential displaced persons (businesses, nonprofit organizations, and farms) may be eligible to receive relocation advisory services, moving expense payments, reestablishment payments, and other assistance.
