Community of Saints will continue to follow CDC guidelines and recommendations regarding COVID.  

Please note-if a positive case occurs in a classroom, the whole classroom will be treated as exposed and will follow temporaraty masking guidelines.

Confirmation through St. Matthew: COS 8th graders who would like to receive the sacrament of Confirmation with St. Matthew need to register using the fillable PDF form and return the completed form to Janelle Rohr, Janelle@st-matts.org. Download the Confirmation registration form from www.st-matts.org/faith-formation. Thanks to those families who have already registered. COS Confirmation candidates attend a series of monthly classes at the St Matthew Parish Center, 490 Hall Avenue. 
The first two classes are October 26, 6:45 to 7:50 PM and November 2, 6:45 to 7:50 PM. Eighth grade Confirmation candidates should attend both those classes.
Additionally, Confirmation candidates and their family are required to attend the Confirmation launch at St Matthew Church, 510 Hall Avenue. Confirmation launch is on Sunday, October 30, 10 to 11:45. The launch includes the 10:15 AM Mass. After Mass, stay for a meeting for Confirmation students and parents at which we explain the program and requirements. St Matthew looks forward to welcoming interested Community of Saints 8th graders to its Confirmation preparation program!

First Communion through St Matthew: Families with COS students in grades 2 and above who would like these students to make First Communion at the Church of St Matthew next May should come to the church on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 16, from 6:30 to 7:45. At least one parent needs to attend and the student(s) need to come that evening, also. The children will have class and the parents will have a meeting. St Matthew is located at 510 Hall Avenue in St Paul. If you have not yet registered by completing the sacrament registration form, you can download the form from www.st-matts.org/faith-formation/. Questions?
