Halloween Parade 🕸🧟‍♀️🧛🦹‍♂️

You've worked too hard on those costumes to only wear them once!
Show off your costume on Sunday, October 30th at 4 pm at our neighborhood Halloween Parade!

We'll meet in the gravel lot at the end of N Southwood by the back of Germantown Elementary and parade down the Poplar Trail, around the circle at Studio 39 and end on the grass by the flagpole with a spooky dance party!

Kids, adults, pets, and anyone with a costume are encouraged to attend and all neighbors are welcome to find a spot along the trail to watch!

Updates can be found on the Facebook event page

Library Crosswalk Change

After a lengthy review process, SHA shortened the yellow period on the library light, lessening confusion for drivers and pedestrians. We hope this means improved use for all!

HUGE thank you to Conor Miller for his persistence and to Alderwomen O’Neill and Pindell-Charles!

Coming Soon! As a follow-up to the September Community Visioning Meeting, GHCA is working to schedule a virtual community meeting with the City of Annapolis Department of Planning and Zoning. The meeting will be an opportunity for neighbors to learn more about the potential shift from use-based to form-based code as part of the Annapolis Ahead 2040 Comprehensive Plan.

You can read more about the Comprehensive Plan here: https://www.annapolis.gov/1446/2040-Comprehensive-Plan
