Have you ever heard of the tower of Babel? Well, whether this is a reminder or new information, it was the greatest separation of humans ever. Long story short, our ancestors used to all speak the same language and they built a tower that would reach heaven. God didn't like that they built the tower so high and with man-made bricks instead of natural stone. In short, it was posed as an origin story of why we speak different languages and why a utopian vision for society is destined to fail if it's not based on God's laws.

That's the long and the short of it, but I want to talk about the real point here. When we get together, we can do some pretty amazing things just so long as we stay humble. That being said, there's a lot of hate and dislike in the world right now. But I would encourage you to remember that although we're different, we all bring something special to the table. We could learn a lot from each other if we just stopped hating long enough to try to understand one another's perspective.

P.S. About that title. Quick story. My dad was pretty fast in high school. One day while he was getting ready for track practice, His teammates on the track team asked him why he was putting petroleum jelly on his legs. He first told them the truth that he was ashy and had really dry skin at the time. They didn't understand and thought he had a rash or something contagious. So he just flipped it and told him that it was actually his secret to running fast. Next practice, they all had vaseline on their legs. Ha! I'm sure they figured it out and all have really smooth legs 50 years later. Hope you enjoyed the story. Remember to moisturize...Talk soon!
