1 | Foundations of Wellness: A Conceptual and Strategic Approach

The focus of this course will be on key concepts of wellness, exploring organizational factors that drive burnout, and review evidence-based findings on the interventions shown to protect against burnout and foster well-being.
These two courses are led by INCREDIBLE faculty members and are highly interactive. Emphasis is on team building and boosting skills of emerging leaders, making these sessions a perfect fit for team members looking to enhance their leadership skills. Anyone can register, you don't need to be a physician and you don't need to attend the conference.
