We are on a ‘mission’ we have a ‘purpose’!
The common denominator I found while visiting health stores is everyone from the health store owner, the team, and even the consumer, felt they were on a mission, advocates, to provide safe and proven natural food, medicine, and advice for people to live a healthier life
To make a difference!

Hulda Clark

Leo Regehr, Hulda’s brother, has a lead story this week, regarding Health Canada’s, Self-Care Framework for natural medicines.
Leo has extensive experience working with government agencies, since 1980 and is still actively involved working to reduce government red tape and over reach!

Beyond Bugs – the initial hype of Beyond and Impossible fake meat replacing 33% of meat consumption is not going according to plan, as both companies scale back operations, with layoffs and budget cuts. Perhaps they soon will have Beyond Bugs! Impossible you say?

Weather Report – a bleak forecast ahead as the WEF look to geo engineering to combat crimate change, with food production, cow burps, and even the metaverse being blamed for the crimate issue/man-made weather modification, one of the solutions being proposed is to ‘dim the sun’, which to me, sounds like a suggestion from, ‘dim minds!

Food Report – grass fed milk is better, rats find impossible meats impossible to digest, GMO purple potatoes, everything you want to know about Monk Fruits, Microplastics in breast milk, which is nothing new as Dr Karen Jensen said over 20 years ago, breast milk was full of chemical toxins, a look at Alternative Protein market with ‘cell based ‘lab’ agriculture’ replacing farmer agriculture, and a look at why big BREAD price increases!

Education: Ted and Linda, Dave Fuller, Rachel Parent, Julie Daniluk, Dr Cristian Northrup and more bring great advice to your team! [Thank you for what you do for FRN!]

The mission of the health store is vital to the community, as organic food, clean packaged food, grass fed, local and third party verified safe supplements, represent, true sustainability, true healthy immunity, true clean agriculture, and a healthier commUnity!
Happy sales,
dp

Will you eat engineered insects and synthetic meat - to save the planet?
The World Economic Forum wants to force humanity to eat genetically engineered, factory bred insects, and synthetic, lab grown "plastic" meat. This will "save the planet", they say.

Health Canada’s
Self Care Framework
(Opinion by Leo Regehr Sep 06/22)
“Leo is the brother of Hulda Clark who wrote Cure for all Cancers” dp,

Health Canada's (Canada's) scheme to amend and expand its regulation of Natural Health Products" (NHP’s) is known as a “Framework". It will include non-prescription chemical drugs and cosmetics, along with vitamins and herbs.

Thousands of “affected parties” were “consulted” by Health Canada. They are categorized in its 2022 Cost-Benefit Analysis Report (pp.2, 13) as,

2.7.1 Businesses,
2.7.2 Consumers, and
2.7.3 Government of Canada.

The governments of  Canada’’s 10 provinces, territories, and First Nations were not consulted, contrary to Canada’s own commitment to consulting “Stakeholders such as industry associations, businesses, [and] other governments” 1,2

Canada’s Framework found support from large corporations that specialize in specific supply chain tasks, such as manufacturing, packaging, testing, printing labels, etc. It is also favored among government officials who may see higher administration, inspection and enforcement staffing levels.

However, St. Albert lawyer and regulatory law consultant Shawn Buckley found (in 2019) the Framework imposes job-killing costs on Canada’s small and medium sized businesses.

In fact, all governments’ revenues and “social safety nets" are affected by every job loss, every business closure, every loss of local investment, and every diminution of competition, innovation, and productivity.

It is therefore suggested that:
  1. Alberta conducts its own consultations and analysis and identify and support its own governmental interests.
  1. Alberta’s premier could direct all government departments and agencies, to refer all “outreach” they receive from ANY government, to our Premier’s Intergovernmental Affairs office. This process would ensure an ever-watchful governmental eye over any erosion of Alberta’s jurisdictions or interests.
  2. All regulatory schemes and those from other governments should be first tabled in Alberta’s legislature, including:
a.           Explanatory memorandums analogous to those tabled in parliament,
b.           All Memorandums of Agreement (M.O.U.'s),
c.            Economic and social assessments,
d.           All without exemptions; and
e.           A waiting period before a vote, as in Parliament.
  1. Alberta’s premier could publicly lay out Alberta's intergovernmental expectations for,
    1. Candidates for Parliament or Senate, and Parliamentary Standing Committees,
    2. Candidates for a federal party leader, and
  2. Our premier could publicly recognize and support only those senators who are elected under the Alberta Senate Elections Act.

The Latest Research for Back Pain!
From the Natural Path Newsletter
by Linda Woolven M.H., R.Ac & Ted Snider

Back pain is an incredibly common problem. Most of us will experience at least one episode of back pain in our life, making it among the most common chronic conditions.

New research has pointed to exciting and novel herbal solutions. The focus is on the great anti-inflammatory herbs boswellia and curcumin.

The first study paired boswellia with gotu kola. When your intervertebral discs compress, you get friction and compression on the nerves. And that hurts! Standard therapy includes spinal elongation and flexibility, back pain and disk mobilization exercises. Better than standard therapy adds the herbs boswellia and gotu kola.

Standard therapy increased height and spine length. But adding the herbs increased them significantly more. Adding the herbs also improved spinal elongation faster and more effectively. Disc space and disc density increased significantly more in the herb group. The people who added the boswellia and gotu kola also had significantly greater improvement in symptoms and mobility, and they needed significantly less pain medication. They also missed less work.

The researchers made the striking conclusion that adding boswellia and gotu kola doubles the effectiveness of standard therapy (Panminerva Med 2022 Mar;64(1):48-55).

In the next two studies, boswellia was paired with curcumin. The first study included 88 people with musculoskeletal pain.

Musculoskeletal pain can originate from the muscles, ligaments, tendons or bones. They are the leading cause of disability in the world. The most common musculoskeletal pain is lower back pain. Other common musculoskeletal pains include osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and neck pain. These conditions limit mobility and functioning and—importantly but not much discussed—impact mental wellbeing and are commonly associated with depression.

This new study looked, not only at pain relief, but relief from the emotional pain.

The study compared Acetaminophen (paracetamol) to the combination of turmeric and boswellia. Acetaminophen, like paracetamol and Tylenol, are among the most common drugs for pain. Turmeric, and its active ingredient curcumin, and boswellia are well established anti-inflammatories.

Each person in the study received either 1,000mg a day of the acetaminophen or 1,000mg a day of the herbal combination. Six hours later, a positive response was reported by 66% of the herb group and 73% of the drug group. Though the drug worked a bit faster, by the time the people had their pain measured again on day 3 and day 7, there was significant improvement in both groups and the improvement was comparable. According to the McGill Pain Questionnaire the pain relief in both groups was significant and equal no matter how bad the original pain was.

But here’s the interesting part that we usually don’t consider when talking about pain killers. The combination of turmeric and boswellia was a significant 8.57 times better than acetaminophen in improving the “unpleasantness and emotional aspects” of acute pain. That’s a huge consideration to remember next time your back goes out (Medicine (Baltimore) 2020;99(28):e20373).

The second boswellia and curcumin study also looked at people with musculoskeletal pain, this time form strenuous exercise. It is still sometimes claimed that, although herbs work, they work slowly. So, this study put that to the test.

The study included 232 people with exercise-induced acute musculoskeletal pain. Their pain had to be 5 or greater on a scale of 0-10. 80% of them registered pain levels between 7 and 9. 70 of them had lower back pain, 22 had shoulder pain, 20 had knee pain, 22 had lower body pain, and the other 98 had other types of pain, including neck, limb, joint, soft tissue injury, widespread musculoskeletal pain or other.

The double-blind study gave each of them either a placebo or 1000mg of the herbal combination, standardized for 266 mg curcuminoids and 10 mg acetyl keto-boswellic acid. They were given their treatment just one time.

Six hours after being given the herbs, there was a significant 97.85% improvement in pain intensity compared to a paltry 2.46% in the placebo group.

The herbs worked fast. 99% of the people given the herbs had noticeable pain relief at only 68.5 minutes, and 96% had meaningful pain relief at 191.6 minutes. That noticeable pain relief came 4.98 times faster than with placebo, and the meaningful pain relief was 1.87 times faster. The pain relief was highly significant and continuous.

The combination of curcumin and boswellia was as safe as it was effective. There were no adverse events.

This important study shows that the combination of curcumin and boswellia can effectively relieve exercise-induced acute musculoskeletal pain of moderate-to-severe intensity in as little as 3 hours with noticeable relief beginning in just 68 minutes: effective, fast and safe (Medicine (Baltimore) 2022 Sep 2;101(35):e30144)!.

If your Company Doesn’t Have Goals, Do You Have a Problem?

For many years my company floated along without concrete goals and then one day I came across a sign that said “Double your Sales”. I posted it above the door in the office that was used by all the staff. I did not actually think much about it but everyday I would see the sign multiple times as I crossed the threshold. In the period of the next 5 years, we ended up doubling our sales 3 times and ended up with a multi million-dollar company that was generating significant profits.

Top 3 Symptoms of Menopause

Most American women in their 40s and early 50s experience some symptoms during perimenopause and menopause. For some women, symptoms can be mild, while for others, they can be……..well……severe…….. impacting quality of life!

1. Hot Flashes

About 75% of women experience some symptoms related to the dilation of blood vessels, called vasomotor symptoms, which include hot flashes, night sweats, heart palpitations, and migraines.

A hot flash is a sudden flushing where internal heat rises in the body and lasts for a few minutes or even longer. Some women experience them occasionally, while others experience them throughout the day and night.

Hot flashes are related to changes in estrogen, mainly when estrogen is low, and can be triggered by alcohol, stress, or other factors.

2. Sleeplessness

Many women experience changes in sleep patterns during the perimenopause and early post-menopause years. In fact, it’s one of the most reported symptoms.

Poor sleep may look like difficulty falling asleep, waking more during the night, and not feeling rested in the morning. Sleep may be further interrupted by hot flashes and night sweats.

During the menopausal transition, the brain is recalibrating to a new hormonal landscape, and changes in estrogen and progesterone impact sleep while the brain is more sensitive.

3. Vaginal Dryness

Vaginal dryness, or atrophy, affects around 60% of women as estrogen levels naturally decline in menopause. Estrogen helps to keep the lining of the vagina juicy and lubricated and the muscles toned. Lower estrogen levels may result in dryness, irritation, pain with sex, and frequent urination or leakage.

Dane Wigington: The Dimming, Full Length Climate Engineering Documentary ( Geoengineering Watch )

GeoeongineeringWatch.org is pleased to announce the release of our groundbreaking documentary that conclusively exposes the existence of global weather intervention operations.

Global weather engineering operations are a reality. Atmospheric particle testing conducted by GeoengineeringWatch.org has now proven that the lingering, spreading jet aircraft trails, so commonly visible in our skies, are not just condensation as we have officially been told. Who is responsible for carrying out these programs? What will the consequences be if geoengineering / solar radiation management operations are allowed? THE DIMMING documentary will provide answers to these questions and many more. This is the most complete GeoengineeringWatch.org documentary regarding climate engineering operations. Thank you for viewing and for notifying others of The Dimming film release.
