HUD's Office of Affordable Housing Programs (OAHP) conducted a webinar on September 15, 2022 which covered instructions and requirements for setting up and reporting tenant occupancy data for HOME Investment Partnerships American Rescue Plan Program (HOME-ARP) Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) activities in HUD's Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS).

Training Objectives:

Participants were able to learn:

  • How to set up, fund, draw funds for, and complete HOME-ARP TBRA activities
  • Requirements and restrictions for setting up and funding HOME-ARP TBRA activities in IDIS
  • How to avoid common mistakes made in IDIS
