To ensure members’ health and safety, the Alberta Sailing Association (ASA) will host the 2022 Annual General Meeting through Zoom on:
Saturday, November 26, 2022
Sign-in from 9:30 am to 9:55 am
Meeting from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
Pre-registration and documents for the AGM to follow
We ask that all clubs & schools submit reports as soon as possible for circulation before the meeting. We are going to limit discussion to Q & A as to the reports, therefore a report is required before the 5th of November 2022, please.
Further communication will provide details as to the agenda & reports, on participating in the virtual AGM, pre-registering for the AGM, learning who is eligible to vote and how to vote using the Zoom app and landline phones.
Please note, if your dues are not paid for the 2022 season, you are ineligible to vote.
