The long tradition of oral storytelling connects us to each other, to ourselves, and to gratitude. Telling a story that I used to think was too shameful to share led to a breakthrough of understanding for me and a deep connection with the people who heard it.
During our time together, I'll share an exercise designed to show you the power of looking at your experiences in a new light.
