This week we celebrate International Real Vanilla Day. Our producer LittlePod launched in 2010 with their Campaign for Real Vanilla. In the West, 97% of all vanillin used is artificial. LittlePod was established to educate consumers and encourage vanilla farmers to keep producing natural vanilla, helping to regenerate the fragile rainforests to benefit us all.
