We have been working with Core Ben to create a plan that we feel hits all the marks and must-haves (based on the survey sent around) for our employee benefit option. Flexibility, affordability, business and individual customization and lots of upgrades that have been included exclusive to our BIA package. This plan allows for total flexibility and choice based on budget and offerings for each business to build the details that fit best them.

- The Flex offering (as described in this brochure) is really unique; each business will be able to select the plan that works best for their group based on the budget. Example: If your budget is $1500 per employee PER YEAR- each employee can then choose within that budget the options that best fit for them and their families.
If you have existing benefits, not to worry- switching to this value-add plan is easy and you don't have to wait for your renewal. Your current carrier requires 30 days notice in writing, and Core Ben can handle the transition. Your current levels of coverage can be grandfathered, the break-evens on this plan are top of the market and there are some financial incentives included for those organizations switching to help make the transition easier.
