Speakers needed for STEM Marin

The STEM Marin program is a specialty program within the Novato Unified Public school system and includes two STEM pathways - STEM Engineering program and STEM Biotechnology. The program has several events throughout the school year where they need community input and volunteers to help provide feedback and support to their students.

The program is seeking guest speakers to speak on potential Fridays throughout the year. If interested, please contact our Outreach Officer, Erika Olazo, at erikakolazo@gmail.com.

Mentors needed for SWE UC Berkeley section

Are you interested in being a mentor to collegiate students? The UC Berkeley SWE Collegiate Section is looking for two mentors to provide industry and professional development guidance, preferably (but not required) in the fields of Industrial Engineering/Operations and Computer Science/Software Engineering. If you are interested, please email Allison Nguyen at anguyen5102@gmail.com by October 31st.
