Pemetic Families,
The week was a little hectic with me being out of the building.  I am thankful we have a wonderful staff who can step in when needed.  They are very much appreciated!
Fun events took place this week. PreK took a trip to Wonderland and enjoyed their hike.  The PreK, Kinder, 1st and 2nd graders are meeting with the SWH Fire Department today to learn about fire safety and tour the equipment and those 6th, 7th, and 8th graders who signed up will be going to the Fright @ The Fort tonight at 4:00.
As a reminder, please do not send microwave popcorn or food that needs to be cooked in with your child for lunch.  They do not have a great deal of time to eat and having to cook anything for any length of time cuts into their time to eat.
Next Monday begins the Book Fair and parent teacher conferences.  Please make sure you have signed up for a time to meet with your child's teacher and stop by the Book Fair in the library.
Next Friday is an early release day.  Dismissal is at 12:30.
Have a fun-filled weekend and stay warm!
