OFFICE MANAGER: The Office Manager is responsible for managing the registration of members and collection of fees; supervising office administrative staff; implementing and maintaining office procedures/administrative systems; communicating effectively with employees, suppliers and members.

YOUTH MANAGER: Create and lead quality programs for the CSA Youth (middle and high school) and Recreation (children ages 4-12) Programs. Organize regular social, educational, and sports-oriented activities to maintain vibrant programs. Provide experiences for our youth that will cultivate integrity, foster responsibility, promote inclusivity, and build confidence in their identity within the CSA and greater community. Supervise staff and set work schedules.

CRYSTAL VIEW CAFE MANAGER: Deliver food and beverage service at the Crystal View Café while maximizing customer satisfaction. Ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. Supervise staff and set work schedules, direct food preparation / cooking and comply with health and safety restaurant regulations.

We want to sincerely thank Susan and Fritz Kraft who have been running the Crystal View Café since 2016 for their wonderful service and friendship. They have reluctantly decided to step away from their role as managers. Parting words from the Krafts, "We have enjoyed getting to know so many families and feel blessed to have been a part of the CSA season for the last seven years! It has been a pleasure to work with your children and to watch them grow up! Thank you!♥️" The CSA will miss you!
