Help us raise $5000!

Join us November 7-18th, as we come together with our community to raise funds in celebration of our 25th year of preserving farmland in South Puget Sound. Community Farm Land Trust has preserved over 216 acres of farmland in Thurston County. As we envision the next 25 years, we look forward to collaborating with experienced partners as we work toward addressing the inequities of farmland ownership and thus creating a more diverse farming community.

Our guide began as a small pamphlet with a map of direct sales farms in Lewis and Thurston County in 1980. Our Fresh from the Farm Guide is now a thriving resource of food and farms in our four county region-Grays Harbor, Lewis, Mason, and Thurston. Our 80 page publication is packed full of information on local farms, farmers markets, food banks, nutrition assistance programs, agricultural stats and facts, and an opportunity for the CFLT to shine a light on the work we do. Through the publication of this guide, CFLT works to promote more awareness and support for local farms, farmers, and local food. Local farms stabilize our food security in our region by growing excess food that is then donated to our local food banks which increases access for everyone in our community to fresh, nutrient-dense food.

Everyone deserves the right for better access to healthy nutritional food. Help us continue to build a rich agricultural economy that is at the root of a healthy food system for all. Our 99 year agricultural leases ensure that our farmland stays in working viable agricultural production now and for future generations. Your support increases the stability of food security for everyone in our community by ensuring local food production for generations to come!

Your donations help us secure our future growth. Help us exceed our goal of raising $5000 in our Give Local Campaign this year! Will you join us by donating today and helping us celebrate another 25 years of farmland preservation?
