Dear Valued Clients,

Please be advised CBP Otay Mesa has been in constant communication with MX ANAM concerning the outage experienced this morning.  They have informed us that their systems became operational at approximately 08:40, but there was still some intermittent latency that limited the ability for processing at their normal speed.

Additionally, MX ANAM did issue a contingency authorization for its users, but we are pleased to share, as of this notice, they are operating normally and without any system delays.

Otay Mesa and Tecate Commercial Operations are operating with all available north bound lanes, and even with the traffic delay due to this unexpected Mexico system outage, it is anticipated that all traffic will conclude by the normal port operating hours.
