This week has been flooded with memories for me…for many reasons…

My little Seester (sister) is coming!

We are taking this weekend to make decisions on our Mom’s more sentimental items. We will be sorting through memories. As much as we are excited to be together, it will be a weekend of laughter and tears.

I love this picture of my sister and I (see header image, above).

For me, it shows our bond. I know she reads this newsletter. I love you Paula with all my heart and my big toe.

As I continue to practice self-care, I will be keeping this newsletter brief…

…holding on to a little more of my energy for this weekend.

Moving Well with Osteoporosis with Amanda Tripp begins this week.

This workshop is full of valuable information! Amanda expertly and simply presents information for people with osteoporosis. Participants learn how to move through their lives making adjustments to live and move better. Amanda highlights spine sparing strategies. This workshop empowers you to make better choices in movement practices and in every day life.

Laurie-Anne will lead you through a pranayama practice using your inhaler. With the holidays approaching, you can use your inhaler as a tool to assist with grounding through this busy time of year.

Robyn Hartley is a Certified Aromatherapy Holistic Practitioner, recognized by the Canadian Federation of Aromatherapists, and has been practicing aromatherapy for over ten years. She and her family own and operate ‘Aromas Naturally’, an aromatherapy and natural care store in St. Catharines, where she continues to expand and share her knowledge in the field of essential oils, specializing in safety and appropriate, therapeutic use of aromatherapy for all ages. When she’s not in the store, she is happiest hiking the trails along the Niagara escarpment with her sons, Jack and Charles.

*Workshop cost includes all supplies.

During this 2.5 hour experiential offering, participants will be introduced to an Ancient and Sacred way of connecting with the mythical realms of guidance and support.
