Former Congressman Steve King will pull back the curtain on the methods and tactics that are being used to undermine conservatives. Lynn is planning on serving cherry cobbler with vanilla ice cream.
Friday is our shootout rivalry with Wise County Conservatives. Everyone is welcome to come mingle with conservative heroes and friends over lunch and hang around afterwards to cheer on our shooters (click here for lunch-only tickets). And of course, shooters of all skill levels are encouraged to join our team. Lunch is included in the shooter and sponsor tickets.

Pulling Back the Curtain on the DC Swamp

Former Congressman Steve King represented the 4th District of Iowa in the U.S. Congress from 2003-2021. His political career began in 1996 when he defeated a RINO Republican for an Iowa State Senate seat. In 2002, King prevailed over his well-funded opponents to begin his 18-year run in Congress. He won three elections in a row without spending a dime on advertising. Congressman King used his 4th District of Iowa seat to keep his promise to “move the political center to the right.” He charged into every important battle on every hot button issue. King made the call for the border wall long before Trump and built a model wall on the floor of Congress as early as 2006. He led a furious fight against ObamaCare longer and harder than any other Congressman. In 2015, King teamed up with a handful of colleagues to force Speaker John Boehner out as Speaker of the US House. As former Chairman of the Constitution committee, King used his gavel to author and advance the Heart Beat bill, Pro-Life legislation that has now been passed in 14 states. King was the only Member of Congress to go to the steps of the Supreme Court to make the case for the Constitution and the natural definition of marriage. In his recently published book “Walking Through the Fire,” Steve tells the stunning story of the devastating blow to conservatism and Western Civilization initiated and delivered by Republican Leadership at the behest of globalist vulture capitalists and NeverTrumpers. In the words of Louie Gohmert, “Walking Through the Fire” is a “no-holds-barred account for all the world to see exactly what has been going on in Congress.” The “Swamp” was successful in muting but not silencing this full spectrum constitutional Christian Conservative, known among his peers as the “Conscience of Conservatives.”
It is about one week until our 2nd Annual San Jacinto Shootout between Parker County Conservatives and Wise County Conservatives. If you were there last year, you know how much fun we had. If you missed it, now is your chance to experience a great afternoon of shooting sporting clays, great BBQ and hanging out with like-minded conservative activists and an impressive list of VIPs.
Since last year, our movement has made a huge difference in Parker County thanks to your grassroots efforts. Because of your activism, the Parker County commissioners court declared an invasion on our southern border and asked Governor Abbott to do the same. People like you who knock on doors, make phone calls, testify at committee meetings and Commissioner Court are a crucial part of our fight. You have invested so much time, talent, and treasure that we wanted to invite you to come kick back, relax, and shoot some sporting clays with like-minded conservative activists and an impressive list of VIPs.
The best part about it is that there is something for everyone. If you are a seasoned sporting clay enthusiast, your expertise is needed to dethrone the Wise County Conservatives who narrowly outscored us last year. Shooters will be grouped in 4-man teams with the top 3 teams from each County counted in the competition for the San Jacinto trophy. If you have never shot sporting clays but simply enjoy shooting, you will fit right in. Andy Hopper only hit 3 targets out of 100 last year so the bar is very low. If you don’t like shooting, come enjoy BBQ and hang out in the Fossil Pointe clubhouse with other activists.
Proceeds from the shoot fund the Parker and Wise County Conservatives PACs.

Don’t worry, most of the shooters are not and are just there for fun and fellowship. However, if you don't want to shoot, you can still join us for a fun day of fellowship and lunch with like-minded conservatives. Everyone is welcome!
