NERFA (Northeast Regional Folk Alliance) would like to invite you to attend the digital edition of their  2022 Conference, slated for Nov. 10-13 in Asbury Park, NJ. The annual event attracts hundreds of performers, presenters, promoters, agents, managers, DJs, and others active in traditional and contemporary folk music.

The NERFA conference offers attendees opportunities to connect, learn, perform, and enhance their professional and personal lives. It features several jam-packed days and nights of music showcases (both juried formal showcases at the legendary Stone Pony and private ones at the host hotel – The Berkeley Oceanfront Hotel), song swaps, jam sessions, and open mics; informative workshops and panel discussions (most pertaining to the business of performing or presenting folk music); one-on-one mentoring and peer group sessions; a large exhibit hall; nightly keynote addresses; an awards show; and lots of informal conversation and networking. Many concert and festival presenters come each year to scout out new artists and those whom they have not previously heard and seen in live performance. For those who cannot attend in-person, we are continuing our tradition of offering a digital conference experience to our community.
