What is Guided Payroll?
Guided Payroll is the new process to submit retirement contributions directly to Empower Retirement. It gets the name Guided Payroll because it's something employers must do each time they process payroll. Even if you use an outsourced payroll provider, you still must use Guided Payroll to submit your retirement contributions each time you run payroll. To get started with Guided Payroll process, you must first complete the Plan Adoption Agreement.

ADOPTION AGREEMENT FORM
December 15, 2022 is the deadline to complete the Adoption Agreement Form and the Guided Payroll Process (GPP) training. If you do not complete the Adoption Agreement Form and GPP training before the deadline of 12/15/22, then you will experience an interruption in submitting your retirement contributions.
