Reflecting

WOW programme – this month I completed the Women of the World group coaching programme with my friends Isa Buencamino-Agbayani and Julie Rees. I am now alumni and I am excited to be joining the team as an Associate Coach from January 2023.

WOW masterclass - I also joined the community to deliver a session on being In Service of Sisterhood.  I shared my journey, my visible role models and the wise women who have mentored, coached and sponsored me along the way.

Connecting

RLE Conference - it was great to join another community I belong to as a Resilient Leaders Elements Consultant Coach for the annual conference. An opportunity for us to connect in person and reflect on the work we are doing to support leaders in becoming more resilient.

Speaking

October was the month of trust conferences and I was a keynote for three of my clients: 

• Archway Trust Conference - I spoke about creating truly inclusive schools.
• Transform Trust Conference - Bennie and I spoke about belonging in schools. 
• Education for the 21st Century Trust Conference - I spoke about how we need to collectively raise consciousness, confidence and competence.

Listening

I was featured on the Lead Like a Feminist podcast.

Collaborating

Diversity in the Curriculum - Bennie and I launched our new programme, piloting it with two cohorts. It was great to be back co-facilitating together since it has been a few years since we led alongside each other. 

Coaching

I have spent seven more days in intensive coaching training this month!

British School of Coaching -  I completed days 3 and 4 of my Executive Coaching certification which is very focused on strategic thinking and goal-oriented coaching.  

Teleos Leadership Institute - I spent 5 days in Philadelphia on a very intensive in person, immersive coaching programme which is very centred around our identities and our coaching presence.  

I am looking forward to certifying with my ILM L7 and my ICF accreditation in 2023.

Learning

My toolkit this month is all about Change Leadership.
