Restorative Yoga deeply relaxes the body/mind and restores balance to the nervous system by bringing it into regulation as it moves into its Parasympathetic state. Roey will lead you through a gentle, slow flow to ease you into longer grounding restorative postures. Relaxing breathing, hypnotherapy & guided meditation will settle you into a trance-like state accompanied by singing crystal bowls all around you.
