Due to popular demand, GSHP is bringing back these SUPER soft, vintage design Pharm Dawgs T-shirts back one more time for this school year!  These shirts will have a UGA CoP logo in the front with our signature design in the back. They are $23/each for sizes S to XL ($2 extra for 2XL, $3 extra for 3XL). Orders AND payments must be due by Friday November 4th 2022 at midnight. Please fill out a separate form for each T-shirt purchase. Payment can be done either through PayPal @gshpuga or cash/checks to locker #61. IPhO is excited to announce a new fundraising item, joggers! Add these joggers to your wardrobe for Winter now! They are $30 for sizes S-XL. $32 for size 2XL, and $33 for size 3XL. A sizing chart is provided in the Google Form. A shipping fee of $6 flat rate is available for up to 3 joggers to one address.

This form will close on Friday, November 4, 2022 @ 4 PM.
