Tomorrow, November 2nd, is your last day to vote for your new Recycle Colorado Board of Directors.

On November 8th, polls for state and local elections will open. Make sure you have a plan for how you are going to vote. You can find Colorado voter information on our website.

Final Recycle Colorado Council and Committee Meetings of 2022

As the year wraps up, so do our council and committee meetings. Join each of our council and committees for their final meetings. New council and committee leadership will be discussed during these meetings. If you are interested in becoming a leader within these groups, please attend the meeting that interests you. Colorado Composting Council: November 1st, 3pm-5pm
During the last COCC meeting, the budget and work plan will be discussed along with membership for next year.

Northern Colorado Council: November 8th, 3-4:30pm
Come learn more about the Ball Corporation with guest speaker Megan Lane. We will learn how they use aluminum as a sustainable packaging alternative, how they are supporting recycling, and what kind of policy they are working on.

Western Slope Council Meeting: November 10th, 3pm-5pm
Learn about the Organics Management Plan from CDPHE's Jace Driver. The future of the Western Slope Council and potential projects will also be discussed.

Construction & Demolition: November 17th, 3-4:30pm
During this final meeting, council elections will be held to give the opportunity for new leadership. Planning for action projects that were identified through the Policy Committee that will support the growth of C&D material recovery in Colorado in the coming years will also be discussed.

Policy Committee: November 3rd & December 1st, 1:30pm-2:30pm
The Policy Committee is working on finalizing their strategic plan as well as discussing with all other councils about policy and projects for the upcoming year.
