Bristol County Agricultural High School
TARGETING LEED GOLD CERTIFICATION
Bristol County Agricultural High School is a 196,151 GSF project located in Dighton, MA, drawing students from 20 communities to a career-oriented curriculum focusing on agricultural sciences and technology. The project is a feat of environmental engineering, landscape design, and natural resource management. Roofs are designed to accommodate PV arrays that will generate 100% of campus energy demand. Additional sustainability features include green roofs, rainwater capture, and composting toilets. Access to daylight and quality views were prioritized, giving students the ideal environment to learn while supporting psychological connections to nature. Bristol Aggie is targeting LEED Gold certification, and was just awarded the 2022 Green Building of the Year at the BE+ Green Building Showcase.

10 Fan Pier / MassMutual
LEED BD+C CORE AND SHELL PLATINUM
10 Fan Pier Boulevard is a 348,500 GSF new construction in Boston’s Seaport District. Inspired by cresting waves, the curved facade with biophilic rounded exteriors and tiered setbacks offers employees stunning views of the Boston waterfront. With a focus on energy efficiency despite its glass curtain wall, the project was able to maximize envelope performance to meet 2019 AIA 2030 carbon reduction targets, and achieve nearly a 30% reduction in GHG emissions. Rainwater capture and reuse has lowered annual potable water consumption by 55%. Occupant health and wellness was also a priority, featuring low-VOC materials and IAQ monitoring. 10 Fan Pier Blvd. achieved LEED BD+C Core and Shell Platinum certification on March 30, 2022. It was also awarded the People’s Choice Award at the 2022 BE+ Green Building Showcase.
