Pelvic Health Workshop
Throughout the reproductive years and beyond, there are changes in form and function of the female pelvis which may impact overall health, mobility, continence, uterine motility, pelvic pain, and/or menstrual cycling.
Education is key--understanding the different adaptations in cycles from menarche to menopause, in addition to pelvic, low back, and hip movement patterns all help to create a lifestyle that supports any stage of life you are in!

This special meet up event is for anyone in the active reproductive years of fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and breastfeeding time of parenting. We'll have several service providers, educators, and healers available for you to meet and ask questions There are also opportunities to experience Yoni Steaming (small charge for this), watch the documentary "These Are My Hours" featuring an undisturbed home birth, enjoy good company, and perhaps find some new friends. It takes a village and we are trying, with this inaugural event to create one here on the Lakeshore!
