Startup Games was a Success !

This weekend Chicostart was a sponsor for Startup Games, Redding. Startup Games is a 54-hour competition designed to support, inspire, & teach the skills needed to turn ideas into businesses.
This weekend there were forty two elevator pitches of spontaneous ideas. After working through those ideas eleven teams were created. Out of those eleven teams, three of them are already making revenue.

Join 1MC Chico this Wednesday to support Tina and her idea Trust and Believe - "Tina Tindall is helping children seek better options in life and have a place to go to hang out and be safe. 1 Million Cups is a platform that allows entrepreneurs and small businesses to present their ideas to the local community. The platform is used so that entrepreneurs can receive feedback, advice, and help practicing their pitches in front of a live audience. Attendees may attend 1 Million Cups Chico in person at Stoble Workplace Downtown Chico or attend virtually via Zoom at the link below.
