The Office of Rural Housing and Economic Development (ORHED) is hosting the next Rural Gateway Peer-to-Peer Web Conference on November 16, 2022, at 2:00 PM EST. This call will offer participants the opportunity to learn about the Self-Help Homeownership Opportunity Program (SHOP) Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO).
SHOP awards grant funds to eligible national and regional nonprofit organizations and consortia to purchase home sites and develop or improve the infrastructure needed to set the stage for sweat equity and volunteer-based homeownership programs for low-income persons and families. Through this NOFO, HUD is making $12,500,000 of FY 2022 SHOP Program grant funds available to national and regional nonprofit organizations.
Join ORHED in an open forum about the FY 2022 SHOP NOFO.
