Dear Title Management users,

We have identified an issue with the “Change for All Products in List” functionality.  

If you are doing a “Change for All Products in List” and it is set to  “Run as Background Process”, Title Management passes the list of keys for the titles to be changed to a job that runs in the background. (it runs every 15 minutes) If the same user does a New search before that job actually starts then the system may make changes to the wrong list of titles because of the subsequent search by the same user.

Between now and the time we are able to get a fix out in 10.7.1 we recommend that if you are using “Change for All Products in List” that you use small lists of titles (250 or less) and deselect the “Run as Background Process”.  This will allow the process to proceed in the foreground.
