Buy Local, Eat Local Bonus!

Buy Local: November 25, 2022 - December 24, 2022
Eat Local: January 2, 2023 - January 31, 2023

The City of San Luis Obispo in partnership with the San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the return of the Buy Local Bonus program this holiday season - but this year the City has sweetened the deal and expanded the program into January with the addition of the new Eat Local Bonus! The City has purchased twenty-five $25 gift cards ($625 value) from qualified local businesses, and between November 25 - December 24 (while supplies last) these $25 gift cards will be awarded to shoppers who turn in $100 worth of receipts on retail  purchases from San Luis Obispo City businesses before the program end date. The same rules will apply for the Eat Local Bonus! Click below for more details on how to participate. 

City Homelessness Response Strategic Plan Feedback Session

Share your unique perspective and experiences with the City of SLO as they develop their very first Strategic Plan for Homelessness Response. This will complement the County’s renewed 10-Year Strategic Plan. 

To ensure a variety of perspectives are included, the City has organized a series of feedback sessions with key stakeholder groups. This will allow for focused discussion based on shared experience. Members of the downtown business community are invited to attend.
